​We first met in 2018, and it didn’t take long to realise we shared a love for good food, spontaneous trips, and soaking up new cultures. In 2024, we eloped to New York City just the two of us, doing things our way. That trip was full of unforgettable meals and spontaneous moments, and it reminded us why we love what we do: capturing the magic of food and the stories behind it.

 

​Firth Class Eats began as a personal project to document our favourite food spots from around the world, from cosy cafés in Amsterdam to rustic trattorias in Italy and buzzing markets in Budapest. Today, Firth Class Eats is more than just our food diary; it’s also a creative platform where we help independent food businesses shine. We create engaging, high-quality food videos that showcase your dishes, atmosphere, story and everything that makes your place unique.
